Do I need to have an e-mail address in order to ask for assistance?

When opening a ticket on our Help Desk, you will be asked to provide an e-mail address. This is mainly so that we have a way to contact you, and you can also use your e-mail address to log in to view that status of your ticket after you've opened it.

If you don't have an e-mail address of your own, you can enter [email protected] into the e-mail address field, but you'll need to include a phone number or some other means that we can use to get in touch with you.

We're also very happy to help set up an e-mail address for you if you need one!
